Nobody who thinks a flying car is a good idea should be any means be allowed to have one. The ground-based versions are already piloted by speed-freak homicidal maniacs distracted by their iPhones — if I have to keep tabs on the space above and below my vehicle on top of that, I'll have a mental breakdown.
