Neuaral Auction Houses are the central hub for buying and selling goods. They are useful for making money, as commodities that Alliance players can get easily can be sold at a cheap price to Horde players (or vice versa), and then sold at a higher price at a major city. Sellers are able to place items up for auction, set a starting price, set the auction duration, and include a buyout price by speaking with an Auctioneer. Most auctions will be initially charged a deposit fee. The deposit fee is refunded upon the successful sale of the item. Successful sales are charged an auction consignment fee which is extracted directly from the final sale price. Fees are higher at neutral auction houses.
How to make WoW gold
Buying something from one faction and selling it for a profit to the other faction on the same server is the basic rule. Use the Neuaral Auction House which is in Booty Bay. List the item for no higher than 1 silver, and then buy it immediately. Prices for most items will vary between factions. Some item may sells for 50-100g on Horde side but lists for 150-200g on the Alliance side. So you need to use Auctioneer to get your server's prices for both sides.
First, you buy the item with your Horde Bank toon and send it to your Horde Mule, sitting at the auction house in Booty Bay. Then have the mule list the item for 1 silver or less. Buy out that auction with your Alliance Mule in Booty Bay. Send the item to your Alliance Banker, once it was picked up by the Alliance character form the mailbox. Post that sucker for sale at the AH and voila. Then just wait to earn pure profit.
